EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />For the period commencing October 1, 1984, and ending September 30, 1985, the salary <br />ranges and supplementary benefits for management employees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Salary Ranges. Supplementary Benefits. <br /> <br />Medical. Fully paid premiums for either the Blue Cross Plan or the Kaiser <br />,,sr, Plan with optical and prescription drug options. A post-retirement <br />Medical benefit of premium contribution up to $150 per month for two years <br />after retirement is optionally available under criteria established by the <br />City Manager. During the term of this document the following positions are <br />entitled to the post-retirement medical benefit: Police Chief, Fire Chief, <br />Fire Prevention Officer, Field Services Superintendent, and Police Research <br />and Training Assistant. <br /> <br />B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value equal <br />to twice the annual salary of the employee. Additional life insurance <br />coverage to be available at the epxnese of the employee. <br /> <br />D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability insur- <br /> ance. <br /> <br />Seven days administrative leave per fiscal year not to be taken in conjunc- <br />tion with annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, January and <br />July, if not taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
