CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-591 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 1984 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,358,361.73 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of November 27, 1984, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were pres- <br />ented to the City Council signifying expenditures for <br />the month of October, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br />approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br />necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by checks numbered 049753 to <br /> 050296, dated from October 4, 1984 to October 31, 1984, <br /> in the total amount of $2,358,361.73, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated October 31, 1984 has been <br /> 'reviewed and is hereby approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 27, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Wood <br /> NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer ~ <br />~B~y Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A~ROVED AS TO FORM: <br />P~er ~.
