CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-588 APPROVAL OF AMENDED FINAL MAP AND ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FOR ACCESS TO TRACT 5114, BROADMOOR HOMES WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 5114, was approved by Council on August 14, 1984; and WHEREAS, since that time CalTrans has agreed to a final alignment of their right-of-way along 1-680 and the eastern edge of Tract 5114 and requested removal of certain easements within this new right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the amended final map adjusts the eastern tract line and removes or adjusts all easements within their new right- of-way; and WHEREAS, due to the changes initiated by CalTrans Broadmoor Homes is offering the City a parcel to provide necessary ac- cess from Lemonwood Drive to sewer lines and, in the future, the proposed pedestrian crossing of 1-680 would be accessed through this parcel; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities presented his report (SR 84:618) recommending approval of the amended final map and acceptance of the grant deed; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; Section 1: The amended final map of Tract 5114, Muirwood Meadows, by Broadmoor Homes, is hereby approved and ac- cepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action is necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: The Grant Deed from Broadmoor Homes to the City of Pleasanton for a parcel of land for maintenance access and possible future pedestrian access is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 27, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
