PUD-81-30-23D Conditions: That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, floor plan, landscape plan, and grading plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. That approval of Case conditions of approval number 3858. PUD-81-30-23D is of Case MS-82-13 subject to all approving parcel map That the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving Hacienda Business Park. That the curb lines of the interior drive off West Las Positas Blvd. be redesigned to provide smoother turning movements as per the plans on file with the City's Engineering Department. That the existing fire hydrant at the Coronado Lane driveway be relocated to the satisfaction of the of the City's Engineering Department. That the acute angle formed in the interior driveway at the southwest corner of the site be be revised to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshal, to provide for a larger turning radius to accommodate Fire Department vehicles. The outside radius shall be a minimum of forty-five feet (45') and the inside radius approximately twenty-four feet (24'). This modification will be as per the plans on file with the City's Engineering Department. That this development is subject to all standard conditions of development attached hereto and made part of the case by reference, except Conditions 7, 12, 29, 33, 34, 35, 36, 46, 49, 50 and 54.
