CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-584 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REORGANIZATION OF CITY COUNCIL <br />AT SECOND MEETING OF NOVEMBER EACH YEAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to the change of election date for the City Council <br />to November of even numbered years, it is appropriate to <br />change the date for the reorganization of the City <br />Council to coincide with the election; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The reorganization of the City Council is hereby <br /> established as the second meeting of November of each <br /> year. <br /> <br />Section 2: The term of the present Mayor, Kenneth R. Mercer, and <br /> the Vice Mayor, Frank C.
