CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-581 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF FRANCES DORSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 12, 1984, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Frances Dorsey for injuries <br /> incurred on July 27, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 1984, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Frances Dorsey is hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 13, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~ <br /> ABSENT: None ~~ <br />/J~y Doris George, Deputy City CleLk <br />Pe ~r D.
