Fry. Consultant shall not replace Roger G. <br />approval of the City. <br /> <br /> 3. Sufficiency of Consultant's Work. <br /> <br /> reference. Scope of work shall include all tasks <br /> indicated in Phase One and Phase Two of Exhibit A. <br /> Work on Phase Two shall not begin until authorized <br /> by the City. <br /> <br /> b. Consultant shall meet with the technical staff of <br /> the City, other pertinent agencies, and/or <br /> landowners as necessary to complete the scope of <br /> work outlined in Section l(a) herein. <br /> <br /> c. Any extra work required to complete the design work <br /> <br /> shall not begin until approved by the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities. <br /> <br />2. Staff. Project Manager for Consultant shall be Roger G. <br /> <br /> Fry without the prior <br /> <br /> Consultant agrees tat <br />all work performed for City shall be in accordance with accepted <br />standards in the industry and shall be adequate and sufficient to <br />meet the purposes for which they are performed. <br /> <br /> 4. Ownership of Work. A~i maps, designs, reports, work <br />data, and all other documents completed or partially completed by <br />Consultant in the performance of this Agreement shall become the <br />property of City. <br /> <br /> 5. Term. It is recognized by both parties hereto that time <br />is of the essence. Time of performance for Phase One shall be <br />controlled by the section entitled "Schedule" on page 6 of <br />Exhibit A. Time of performance for Phase Two to be determined by <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities and Consultant <br />following completion of Phase One and prior to authorization for <br /> <br /> <br />
