CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-577 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ORLOFF PARK AND <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH MORRISON HOMES FOR PARK <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as a condition to the development of the Heritage Valley <br />and Danbury Park subdivisions, Morrison Homes has been <br />required to dedicate land and construct parks in lieu of <br />park dedication fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the first two phases of Orloff Park were constructed and <br />Morrison Homes has presented plans for the remainder of <br />the park as well as upgrades to the existing park to <br />meet the community's needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Park and Recreation Commission has reviewed the <br />plans and attached certain conditions which have been <br />met in the revised plans before the Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities presented his <br />report (SR 84:605) to the Council reviewing the plans <br />and recommending approval of the plans and the <br />improvement agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for Orloff <br /> Park. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and Morrison Homes regarding Orloff Park improvements, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 13, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
