CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-576 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM GIL-KAL <br />VENTURES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Gil-Kal <br />Ventures to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference, for purposes of a public service easement for <br />maintenance of proposed utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 13, 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is <br />in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Gil-Kal Ventures to the City of <br /> Pleasanton for maintenance of proposed utilities is <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 13, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None ENNE~~ER, MA~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> /? <br /> <br />j James R.
