RESOLUTION NO. 84-573 <br />RI.;SO],UTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 1985-1 <br /> City of Pleasanton, California <br /> <br /> The C.ity (:o~.~i~c[1 of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council proposes to annex territory to an exist- <br /> <br />in9 assessinept district pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act <br />of ]972 (Sechion 22500 and following, Streets and Highways Code) for <br />the purpose of maintaining the improvements described below. <br /> <br /> 2. The improvements to be maintained are described generally <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Landscaping, including trees, shrubs, turf and irrigation <br /> system, all as delineated on the landscape and irrigation <br /> plans for Tracts 5093, 5163, 5224 and 5256 prepared by The <br /> Environmental Center, Planners and Landscape Architects, <br /> and on the improvement plans for said tracts. <br /> <br /> 3. The proposed annexed territory shall be designated Land- <br />scape District No. 1984-1, Annexation 1985-1, and shall include the <br />land shown on the map designated "Assessment Diagram of Landscape <br />District No. 1984-1, Annexation 1985-1, City of Pleasanton, Cali- <br /> <br />fornia", which map is on file with the City Clerk and is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 4. Bissell & Karn, Inc., Milpitas, California, is hereby <br /> <br />designated engineer for the purpose of these formation proceedings. <br />The Cit_y Council hereby directs the engineer to prepare and file with <br />the City Clerk a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of <br />the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />
