CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-567 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD <br />ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 10 UNIT <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT 123 RAY STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 30, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan <br />approval for a 10 unit clustered residential development <br />proposed for the 0.98 acre site located at 123 Ray <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated October 1, 1984 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval <br />for a 10 unit clustered residential development proposed <br />for the 0.98 acre site located at 123 Ray Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
