CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-567 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 10 UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT 123 RAY STREET WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 30, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a 10 unit clustered residential development proposed for the 0.98 acre site located at 123 Ray Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 1, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and in WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a 10 unit clustered residential development proposed for the 0.98 acre site located at 123 Ray Street. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
