CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-566 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 276 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD OPPOSITE STONERIDGE DRIVE TO THE PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 30, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning the approximately 276 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and extending westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential and Open Space District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 1, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and in WHEREAS the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for prezoning the approximately 276 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and extending westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential and Open Space District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
