CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-557 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR CITY TRANSPORTATION <br />COORDINATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 2, 1984, the City Council <br />adopted a Transportation Systems Management Ordinance, <br />part of which mandated the employment of a <br />Transportation Coordinator to assist employers and <br />complexes in complying with the ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />presented his report (SR 84:574) outlining the <br />requirements and the necessary funds for this position; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Authorizes the amendment of the 1984-85 budget adding <br />$29,784 to include a Transportation Coordinator and TSM <br />Program budget. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br />~By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
