DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY DEEDED <br />FROM THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO REYNOLDS & BROWN <br /> <br />REAL PROPERTY in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br /> <br />A PORTION of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel I in the deed from <br />Volk-McLain Communities, Inc., to the State of California, recorded April 19, <br />1967 in Reel 1950 at Image 100, Official Records of Alameda County, California, <br />as shown on attached exhibit more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the most easterly corner of Parcel O, as said Parcel is show~ on <br />the Map of Parcel Map No. 3874, filed December 29, 1982, in Book 137 of Maps at <br />page 37, Official Records of Alameda County,California; thence northwesterly <br />along the general northeasterly line of said Parcel 0 North 32°48'00" West <br />136.76 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on the general <br />northerly line of Johnson Court, formerly Thorpe Court, as shown on said Parcel <br />Map No. 3874, said point also being the most southwesterly corner of the <br />property described in the document recorded under recorder's series No. <br />83-149120, Official Records of Alameda County, California; thence along the <br />exterior boundary of said document as described in Recorder's series No. <br />83-149120 the six following courses and distances: North 32o48'00" West 105.15 <br />feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the southwest having a radius of <br />490.10 feet; thence northwesterly 221.83 feet aong said curve through a central <br />angle of 25°56'00"; thence North 58044'00,' West 495.62 feet to the most <br />northerly corner of said Parcel O, said point also being on the easterly line <br />of Johnson Drive as shown on said Parcel Map No. 3874, thence northwesterly <br />along said Johnson Drive North 30o18'36'' West 118.72 feet; thence South <br />58044'00'' East 676.92 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave to <br />the southwest and having a radius of 628.06 feet and to which point a~radial <br />line bears South 41°30'19'' West; thence southeasterly 125.07 feet along said <br />curve through a central angle of 11°24'35" to a point on said curve from which <br />point a radial line bears North 52054'54" East; thence leaving said curve <br />South 57o12'00'' West 35.61 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve concave to <br />the southwest and having a radius of 592.56 feet and to which point a radial <br />line bears North 52o39'27" East; thence southeasterly 46.98 feet along said <br />curve through a central angle of 4°32'33"; thence South 32o48'00'' East 109.44 <br />feet to a point on the general southerly line of said property as described in <br />Recorder's series No. 83-149120, said point also being on the general northerly <br />line of said Johnson Court, said point also being on a curve concave to the <br />southeast and having a radius of 50.50 feet and to which point a radial line <br />bears North 8°51'00'' West; thence southwesterly 23.62 feet along said curve <br />through a central angle of 26047'56" to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Containing 1.05 acre, more or less. <br /> <br /> <br />
