CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-550 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, 1984 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,778,217.34 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of October 30, 1984, a check <br />register summary and Financial Report were presented to <br />the City Council signifying expenditures for the month <br />of September, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br />approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br />necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Claims represented by checks numbered 49227 to 49752, <br /> dated from September 10, 1984 to September 28, 1984, in <br /> the total amount of $1,778,217.34, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated September 30, 1984 has <br /> been reviewed and is hereby approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: '~RCER~ <br />James R.
