CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-545 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM AMADOR VALLEY DEVELOPMENT <br />PARTNERS FOR 12-FOOT STRIP OF ROADWAY FRONTING THE CLUB <br />HILTON HOTEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Amador Val- <br />ley Development Partners to the City of Pleasanton, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference, for a 12-foot strip of roadway front- <br />ing the Club Hilton Hotel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 30, 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is <br />in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The Grant Deed from Amador Valley Development <br />Partners to the City of Pleasanton for a 12-foot strip <br />of roadway fronting the Club Hilton Hotel is hereby ac- <br />cepted and the appropriate City offices are instructed <br />to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br />acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, <br />Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br />NOES: ~R~ <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> CER, MAYOR <br /> <br />James Walker, 1 <br /> y Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
