-l~ladys Houston, Deputy County Counsel LOGAL AGENCY FORMAlION COMMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 84-29 WH~-REAS, a resolution for application for Annexation No. 104 to the City of Pleasant. on was heretofore filed with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Cimlmission; and WHEREAS, said Executive Officer has reviewed said application and prepared a report, including his recommendations thereon, noting that a Negative Declaration has been prepared and said application ano Negative Declaration have been c~msidered by this Commission; and WHEREAS, at the hearing the Local Agency Formation Commission heard and received all oral and written protests, objections and evidence which were made, presented or filed and all persons present were given an opportunity to appear and be heard in respect to any matter relating to said application and report; and WttEREAS, this a6nexation i~ uninhabited, not within an agricultural preserve, within the Sphere of Influence of the City of Pleasanton, and the property owners have agreed to the annexation; and WHEREAS, tl~is Commission did find as follows: 1. The proposed annexation is consistent witn proceoures and policies previously adopted Dy the Commission; and 2. The annexation will permit the provision of municipal services by the City of Pleasanton to the subject area; and 3. The Negative Declaration prepared by the City of Pleasanton has been reviewed and approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT: Annexation No. 104 to tile City of P]easanton be approved suD3ect to the following terms: 1. Correction of the map and description as may be required by the Director of Public Works, ex officio County Surveyor; ane 2. The City be authorized to proceed without notice or hearing.
