CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-542 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br />LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br />AMENDING SECTION 6 TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON CERTAIN AREAS <br />OF COMMERCE CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br />for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting Of October 30, 1984, the City Council <br />received and discussed a report dated October 30, 1984 <br />from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related <br />to a request to prohibit parking across from 7034 <br />Commerce Circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br />No. 76-79 to prevent parking across from 7034 Commerce <br />Circle; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding subsection 6c-2 as follows: <br /> <br />"6c-2 <br /> <br />Commerce Circle, on the south side of Commerce <br />Circle 30 feet either side of the westerly drive <br />of 7034 Commerce Circle." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
