after the date of receipt of written notice to cease work <br />on the PROJECT. CITY shall receive a copy of all work <br />completed to date of receipt of written notice from CON- <br />SULTANT. <br /> <br />VII. INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HADILESS <br /> <br />CONSIrLTANT shall defend, indemnify, <br />CITY and its officers and employees <br />claims, losses, damage, injury, and <br />arising from errors, <br />of the CONSULTANT in <br />this Agreement. This <br />reasonable period of <br />as well as during the <br /> <br />and hold harmless, the <br />from and against all <br />liability for damages <br />ommission, negligent or wrongful acts <br />the performance of his services under <br /> <br />indemnification shall extend for a <br />time after completion of the PROJECT <br /> <br /> period of actual performance of ser- <br /> <br />vices under this Agreement.
