CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-536 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM CHRIS BERATLIS AND GLENDA <br />M. BERATLIS FOR CRELLIN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Chris <br />Beratlis and Glenda M. Beratlis to the City of <br />Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference, for Crellin Road <br />right-of-way purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 30, 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is <br />in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Chris Beratlis and Glenda M. <br /> Beratlis to the City of Pleasanton for Crellin Road <br /> right-of-way purposes is hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, <br />Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> AYES: Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: ~~CER,~ <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> TH <br />~George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
