RESOLUTION NO. 84-528 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br /> <br />NORTH PLEASANTON FIRE PROTECTION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-6 <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> On October 2, 1984, the City Council opened a public <br /> hearing on the resolution of intention and the engineer's report <br /> on the proposed improvement in North Pleasanton Fire Protection <br /> Assessment District No. 1982-6, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> County, California, and continued said hearing to October 16, <br /> 1984. <br /> <br /> At or before the time set for hearing, certain <br />interested persons made protests or objections to the proposed <br />improvement, the extent of the assessment district or the <br />proposed assessment. <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby overrules each of these <br />protests, written or oral. <br /> <br /> The City Council finds that the protest against the <br />proposed improvement (including all written protests not <br />withdrawn in writing before the conclusion of the protest <br /> <br />hearing) is made by the owners <br />of the land to be assessed for <br /> <br /> , <br /> <br />of less than one-half of the area <br />the improvement. <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
