CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-520 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO REDESIGNATE A 2.5 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF MONACO DRIVE, IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE COMMERCIAL COMPLEX AT 44-90 MISSION DRIVE, FROM "COMMERCIAL AND OFFICES" TO "HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 16, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for a General Plan Amendment to redesignate a 2.5 acre site located on the east side of Monaco Drive, immediately north of the commercial complex at 44-90 Mission Drive, from "Commercial and Offices" to "High Density Residential"; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 5, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed General Plan amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan amendment would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a General Plan Amendment to redesignate a 2.5 acre site located on the east side of Monaco Drive, immediately north of the commercial complex at 44-90 Mission Drive, from "commercial and Offices" to "High Density Residential". Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 16, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
