CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-SIS <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT DEED FROM ROBERT J. MOLINARO <br />AND CAROL E. MOLINARO AND GRANT DEED FROM ROBERT J. <br />MOLINARO AND CAROL E. MOLINARO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed and an Easement <br />Deed from Robert J. Molinaro and Carol E. Molinaro for <br />a right-of-way dedication on Stanley Boulevard and ease- <br />ments for public service and access, copies of which are <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; <br />and <br /> <br />WIlE REAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 16, 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that the acceptance of these deeds <br />is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed and Easement Deed from Robert J. Molinaro <br /> and Carol E. Molinaro to the City of Pleasanton for right- <br /> of-way dedication on Stanley Boulevard and easements for <br /> public service and access are hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 16, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood ahd Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Pe{er ~.
