Parcel "B" <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, Sta]te of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the general southerly boundary line of <br />that certain territory described in that certain Order of Incorporation of <br />the Town of Pleasanton, adopted June 11, 1894, and filed in Minute Book 16 <br />Page 322, of the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County with the <br />southeasterly boundary line of that certain territory, commonly known as <br />Annexation No. 21, annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. <br />354 of the Pleasanton City Council, a map of which territory was filed <br />February 28, 1963, in Map Book 43, at Page 3A, Records of Alameda County, <br />California; thence leaving said southeasterly boundary line of Annexation <br />No. 21 southeasterly along said general southerly boundary line of the <br />Incorporation of the Town of Pleasanton to an intersection thereof with the <br />southerly line of Parcel C-I as said parcel is described in that certain <br />Order of Condemnation, recorded May 25, 1984, under Recorder's Series No. <br />84-102960, Official Records of Alameda County, California; thence leaving <br />said general southerly boundary line of said Incorporation of the Town of <br />Pleasanton westerly along said southerly line of Parcel C-1 (~4-102~60) to <br />an intersection thereof with the aforesaid southeasterly boundary line of <br />said Annexation No. 21; thence northeasterly along said southeasterly <br />boundary line of said Annexation No. 21 to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 1.04 acres more or less. <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Annexation No. 105 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
