Date: 10/12/84 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY <br />TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ANNEXATION NO. 105 <br /> <br />PARCEL "A" <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning of the intersection of the general southerly boundary line of <br />that certain territory described in that certain Order of Incorporation <br />of the Town of Pleasanton, adopted June 11, 1894, and filed in Minute Book <br />16, Page 322, of the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County with the <br />generally northwesterly boundary line of that certain territory, commonly <br />know]] as Annexation No. 21, annexed to the City of Pleasanton under <br />Ordinance No. 354 of the Pleasanton City Council, a map of which territory <br />was filed February 28, 1963, in Map Book 43, at page 3A, Records of Alameda <br />County, California, said point also being a point on the northerly <br />Right-of-way line of County Road No. 2000, commonly known as Bernal Avenue; <br />thence leaving said general southerly boundary line of the Incorporation of <br />the Town of Pleasanton, and said northerly Right-of-way line of Bernal <br />Avenue southwesterly along the general northwesterly boundary line of said <br />Annexation No. 21 to an intersection thereof with the general southerly <br />line of Parcel A-1 as said parcel is described in that certain Order of <br />Condemnation, recorded May 25, 1984, under Recorder Series No. 84-102960, <br /> <br /> <br />
