LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-33 <br /> <br /> WHER[AS, a resoluLion for application for Annexation #103 to the <br />City of P'leasant{nl was hl.,retofore filed with the Executive Officer of the <br />Local Ag{'ncy f:or'mat i on Colnnii ss i on; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, said Executive Officer has reviewed said application and <br />prepared a reporl,, inclnding I~is recommendations thereon, noting that a <br />Negative Declaration has been prepared and said application and Negative <br />Declaration have been considered by this Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the hearing on September 20, 1984, the Local Agency <br />Formation Commission heard and received all oral and written protests, <br />objections and evidence which were made, presented or filed, and all persons <br />present were given an oI}portunity to appear and be heard in respect to any <br />matter relating to said application and reporti and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this annexation is uninhabited, not within an <br />agricultural preserve, within the Sphere of Influence of the City of <br />Pleasanton, and the property owners have agreed to the annexation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Commission did find as follows: <br /> <br />The proposed annexation is consistent with procedures and <br />policies previously adopted by the Commission; <br /> <br />l'he annexation will permit the provision of municipal services <br />by the City of Pleasanton to the subject area; <br /> <br />The annexation of the remainder of the island along with this <br />application would preclude the City's proceeding with this <br />annexation; and <br /> <br />4. The Negative Declaration prepared by the City of Pleasanton <br /> has been reviewed and approved. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,'BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT: <br /> <br />Annexation No. 103 to the City of Pleasanton be approved subject to the <br />following terms: <br /> <br />1. Correction of the map and description as may be required by <br /> the Director of Public Works, ex officio County Surveyor; and <br /> <br />2.
