EXHIBIT A <br />PUD-81-30-22D <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations, landscape plan and grading plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />That the maximum floor ratio for the subject property shall be <br />43%. <br /> <br />That approval of this case also constitutes approval of the two <br />free standing signs as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-22D is subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case MS-82-13 approving parcel map 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the Hacienda Business <br />Park. <br /> <br />That the developer shall have a traffic engineer review the <br />potential effects of vehicle stacking and turning movements <br />from southbound Chabot Drive left into the north driveway of <br />Chabot Drive. The traffic engineer shall submit recommendations <br />and any proposed changes to the City Engineer for review prior <br />to the final approval of plans for this development. <br /> <br />That this development is subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference, except conditions 12, 29, 33, 35, 46, 49, 50 <br />and 54. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
