CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-503 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN PENTZ <br />PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A TWO-BUILDING <br />OFFICE COMPLEX OF APPROXIMATELY 92,600 SQ. FT. ON <br />APPROXIMATELY 4.7 ACRES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF <br />CHABOT AND GIBRALTAR DRIVES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Callaban Pentz Properties has applied for design approval <br />for a two-building office complex of approximately 92,600 <br />sq. ft. on an approximately 4.7 acre site located at the south- <br />east corner of the intersection of Chabot and Gibraltar Drives; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the develop- <br />ment plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the <br />typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, <br />and there are no changed circumstances or new information <br />requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project under CEQA <br />and no new environmental documents accompany this application; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on October 2, 1984 and testimony <br />taken concerning the proposed project including its design, <br />cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the <br />General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent <br /> with PUP-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Callaban Pentz Properties <br /> for design review approval of a two-building office complex <br /> of approximately 92,600 sq. ft. on an approximately 4.7 <br /> acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection <br /> of Chabot and Gibraltar Drives, subject to the conditions <br /> listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 2, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
