That the site be dept free of fire hazards from the start of con:~tructjon lo final inspection and that the Fire Deparhm~-nt c.m,.~rgency number be provided adjacent to all telep/lones on the site. That the pr,,jL~ct shall meet all requirements of the P]casenton Security Code and the developer shall provide plans as specjfjed by the Crlme Prevention Bureau of the Pleasarlton Police Department. That if required by the Police Department, tile building(s) shall be equ;ipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the Po]ic-c Departme!~t and that this system shall be installed prior to final building inspection. That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That tile colors of the building(s) be submitted to the Planning DiviSion for approval pr_ior to issuance of a building permit. That the develeper pay any and all fees that the property may be subject to. That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings within the development; the design of these dispensers shall be approved by tb-e Planning Division. That the developer submit a building permit survey and a site development plan in accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II), and that these plans be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit.
