CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-500 RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF MICHAEL PERKINS OF A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SUBDIVISION SALES OFFICE AND MODEL HOME COMPLEX AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SPRINGDALE AVENUE AND STONEDALE DRIVE (AP-84-10) WHEREAS, Stoneson made application for a conditional use permit to establish and operate a subdivision sales office and model home complex in three residential units located at the southeast corner of Springdale Avenue and Stonedale Drive; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the conditional use permit; and WHEREAS, the approval was appealed to the City Council; and staff was directed by the City Council to get further information regarding traffic and safety in the area; and WHEREAS, the City Council received a staff report containing the requested traffic information and held a public hearing on October 2, 1984 to receive comments from the applicant and the public; and WHEREAS, Council makes the following findings: that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the District in which the site is located; that the proposed location of the conditional use and he conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Denies the appeal of Michael Perkins to a decision of the Planning Commission approving a conditional use permit, thereby approving a conditional use permit to
