EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />For the period commencing July 1, 1984, and ending June 30, 1985, <br />the salary and supplementary benefits for the City Attorney shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />I. Salary: <br /> <br />The salary for fiscal year 1984-85 shall be <br />$4,250.00 per month or $51,000 annually, effective <br />July 1, 1984. <br /> <br />II. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br />Medical. Fully paid premiums for either the City Blue <br />Cross Plan or the Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and <br />prescription drug options. <br /> <br />B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance <br />with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the <br />employee. <br /> <br />D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term <br /> disability insurance. <br /> <br />Vacation. The same vacation schedule as established for <br />City Management employees. <br /> <br />Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave <br />per fiscal year not to be taken in conjunction with <br />annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, <br />January and July, if not taken, as established for City <br />Management employees. <br /> <br />Payroll deduction available to participate in City and <br />County Credit Union. <br /> <br />Holidays. The same holidays as established for City <br />Management employees. <br /> <br />Vehicle Usage. Unrestricted use of a vehicle furnished <br />by the City, provided the City Attorney shall have the <br />option of licensing said vehicle and shall pay for any <br />gasoline related to the personal use thereof. <br /> <br />Retirement System. State Public Employees Retirement <br />System (PERS). City will pay employee's share of PERS <br />costs (seven percent). <br /> <br /> <br />
