CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-486 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED FROM MASONRY SERVICES, <br />INC. TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DEL VALLE UNDER- <br />CROSSING AT WESTERN PACIFIC <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Quitclaim Deed from Masonry <br />Services, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton for property <br />used for the Del Valle Undercrossing at the Western <br />Pacific railroad crossing, a copy of which deed is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 2., 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is <br />in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The Quitclaim Deed from Masonry Services, Inc. to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for property necessary for the Del <br /> Valle Undercrossing at the Western Pacific railroad <br /> crossing is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 2, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> TTEST: <br /> <br /> ty City Clerk <br /> <br />A~ROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> eter . ac ona , i y t orney <br /> <br /> <br />
