Total charges under this agreement shall not exceed five thousand five hundred dollars ($5,500) unless authorized in writing Dy the CITY based upon a change in scope of work. llonthly billings for staff time and expenses incurred during the period will be payable within thirty days of invoice date. 5. Scope of Agreement This writing constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relative to engineering services and no modification hereof shall be effective unless and until such modification is evidenced by an amendment signed by both parties to this agreement. 6. Schedule of ~ork The concept report will be submitted within six weeks of authorization to proceed. Preliminary plans will be submitted within 60 days of approval of concept report.
