CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-470 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5189, GREY EAGLE ESTATES, GREY EAGLE, A JOINT VENTURE, AND APPROVAL OF WATER FACILITY AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 5189, Grey Eagle Estates, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary in- spection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Di- rector of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of September 11, 1984; and WHEREAS, development of this area requires the construction of a water reservoir and an agreement has been negotiated to provide for the funding and reimbursement for the pro- posed reservoir; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 5189, Grey Eagle Estates are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instruct- ed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5189 with Grey Ea- gle, a joint venture, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Water Facility and Reimbursement Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 11, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
