CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-463 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MASTER PLAN FOR CITY-OWNED 37 ACRE PARCEL ON <br />SUNOL BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />earlier this year Council instructed the Pleasanton <br />Housing Group, Inc. (PHGI) to proceed with planning a <br />200-unit senior citizen project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the General Plan designation was changed for ten acres <br />needed for the housing units, but did not change the <br />designation of the remaining 27 acres; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a master plan for the entire 37 acre City parcel was <br />prepared and reviewed by Council at its meeting of <br />September 11, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the attached master plan for the City-owned <br /> property and hereby initiates a General Plan amendment <br /> changing the land use designation on the remainder of <br /> the property (27 acres) to High Density Residential, <br /> Parks and Recreation, and Public and Institutional. <br /> <br />Section: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 11, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Butler, Mohr, Wood an Mayor <br /> <br /> ~ME~~OR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter .
