Rev. 10/29/84 <br />Rev. 11/1/84 <br /> <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT TO BE VACATED <br /> <br />All that property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of the Public Service Easement described in the Grant Deed to the City <br />of Pleasanton, Recorded at Series No. 76-215020, Alameda County Recorder, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A lO-foot wide Public Service Easement, whose northwest and northern boundary is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most northeastern corner of parcel 1, as shown on Parcel Map <br />4137 recorded in Map Book 141 at Page 53, Alameda County Recorders; thence along <br />the northern, and northwestern line of said Parcel 1, said line also being the <br />southern, and southeastern line of Pimlico Drive, as described in the Grant Deed <br />Recorded on Reel 2893, at Image 616, said County Recorder, South 89o22'00'' West, <br />160.43 feet; thence continuing along said line, along a curve to left, having a <br />radius of 250.00 feet, through a central angle of 54o39'36'', an arc length of <br />238.50 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence along a curve to the right, <br />having a radius of 350.03 feet through a central angle of 20o08'20'', an arc <br />length of 123.03 feet to the western terminus of said Public Service Easement. <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the afore described northeastern corner of said Parcel 1; thence <br />North 89°22'0" East, 68.60 feet to a point on a curve concave to the South, and <br />having a radius of 2464.24 feet, and to which point a radial line bears North <br />0o38'00'' West; thence continuing along said line easterly along said curve <br />through a central angle of l°25'23'', an arc length of 61.21 feet to a point of <br />compound curvature; thence along a curve to the right beginning from a point to <br />which a radial line bears North 0°47'23" East, having a radius of 20.00 feet <br />through a central angle of 90°44'41'' an arc length of 31.68 feet. <br /> <br />CONTAINING 0,154 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Excepting and reserving therefrom, pursuant to the provisions of <br />Section 8340 of the Streets and Highways Code, the easement and <br />right at any time or from time to time to construct, maintain, <br />operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe and <br />other convenient equipment and fixtures for the operation of <br />natural gas lines, including access to protect property from all <br />hazards in, upon, under and over a ten (].0) foot wide lion- <br />exclusive easement described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of Parcel 1 as shown on said Parcel Map <br />4137, said point being on the southerly line of Pimlico Drive, said point also <br />being on a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 350.03 feet and to <br />which point a radial line bears South 33048'06'' East; thence northeasterly <br />131.30 feet along said southerly line of Pimiico Drive through a central angle <br />of 21°29'32'' to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the southeast having <br />a radius of 250.00 feet; thence northeasterly 30.96 feet along said curve <br />through a central angle of 7o05'42" to the centerline of the herein described <br /> <br /> <br />
