CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-441 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL FOR A 14-UNIT RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX ON AN <br />APPROXIMATELY .5 ACRE SITE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br />PETERS AVENUE AND ROSE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 28, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />Z-84-185, application of Patrick Joy and Jerry Loving <br />for design review approval for a 14-unit residential <br />condominium complex on an approximately .5 acre site <br />located at the southwest corner of the intersection of <br />Peters Avenue and Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated August 1, 1984 and received the recommenda- <br />tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the en- <br />vironmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations <br />and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed development <br />plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for design review <br /> approval for a 14-unit residential condominium complex <br /> on an approximately .5 acre site located at the south- <br /> west corner of the intersection of Peters Avenue and <br /> Rose Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 28, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
