CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-440 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR A 70,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE/ <br />RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BUILDING ON FIVE ACRES ON THE <br />NORTH SIDE OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD APPROXIMATELY <br />1150 FEET EAST OF THE INTERESECTION OF HACIENDA DRIVE <br />AND WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD (PUD-Sl-30-18D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied for design review <br />approval for a single story, approximately 70,000 sq. <br />ft. office building on an approximately five acre site <br />located on the north side of West Las Positas Boulevard <br />approximately 1150 feet east of the intersection of <br />Hacienda Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) includ- <br />ing the typical architectural and site designs for indi- <br />vidual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or <br />new information requiring additional environmental re- <br />view; therefore, this application does not constitute a <br />new proejct under CEQA and no new environmental docu- <br />ments accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on August 28, 1984 and tes- <br />timony taken concerning the proposed project including <br />its design, cumulative impact, consistency with <br />PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz Properties <br /> for design review approval for an approximately 70,000 <br /> sq. ft. office building on an approximately five acre <br /> site located on the north side of West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard approximately 1150 feet east of the intersec- <br /> tion of Hacienda Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard <br /> (PUD-81-~0-18D), subject to the attached conditions. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 28, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
