Section 2 : The form of agreement, dated as of August 15, 1984, entitled "Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Between the Cities of Pleasanton and Suisun City Creating the Pleasanton- Suisun Home Financing Authority," submitted to this City Council, and the terms and conditions thereof are hereby approved. The City Clerk is directed to file a copy of said form of agreement in the office of the City Clerk, the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized and directed to execute and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest their signatures, affix the corporate seal and to deliver an agreement in substantially said form with such additions thereto or changes therein as such officers may require or approve, such approval to be conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery thereof. Section 3: Pursuant to Section 7 of said agreement, the City Council hereby appoints each of the persons listed below to serve a three-year term as a member or alternate of the governing board of the Authority: Name Address First Member: Second Member: Kenneth First Alternate: James R. Section 5: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
