Staff has prepared a draft response letter for the Council's review and <br /> comment. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Review and provide comment on the draft response letter for the Notice of Preparation. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with this report. <br />
