CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-419 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS FOR HOPYARD ROAD AND PARKSIDE DRIVE IMPROVEmeNTS AND EMERGENCY ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS NEAR SUTTER GATE AVENUE WHEREAS , at its meeting of May 22, 1984, Council adopted Resolution No. 84-251 setting forth necessary improve- ments at Hopyard Road for access to Sports Park and near the termination of Sutter Gate Drive for emergency access to proposed Crocker Homes Tract No. 5229; and WHEREAS, staff has met with representatives of Hacienda Business Park and Crocker Homes to negotiate funding for the required improvements; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities presented his report (SR 84:421) dated August 14, 1984 outlining in detail the proposals for funding the above project; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Council gives conceptual approval to the proposed funding offers by Crocker and Hacienda Business Park as outlined in the above staff report. Section 2: Council concurs with the proposed conditions of approval for Tentative Tract Map 5229 including the amended condition number 33 and the addition of condition number 38, as indicated on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: Directs staff to proceed with steps necessary to amend the Hacienda Business Park PUD concerning Stoneridge Drive extension turnout and pedestrian bridge deletion and an agreement for offered improve- ments and donations. Section 4: Directs staff to prepare a recommendation for revising the Park Capital Improvement Program to include the landscaping of the north side of Sutter Gate easterly of Tract 5229. Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
