Adopt a resolution finding a severe fiscal hardship will exist if additional local property tax funds <br />are seized and additional unfunded mandates are adopted by the State of California <br /> <br />Community Development <br /> <br />4. Accept or appeal actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> <br />5. Approve a maintenance services contract to Team Econolite for traffic signal maintenance and <br />emergency repair services <br /> <br />6. Adopt a resolution replacing the two-hour limited time parking zone with a three-hour limited time <br />parking zone in the Downtown <br />Fire <br /> <br />7. Adopt a resolution to authorize submittal of Used Oil Recycling Block Grant Application <br /> <br />Finance <br /> <br />8. Accept the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for April 2009 <br /> <br />Operations Services <br /> <br />9. Approve a contract with Platinum Facility Services in the amount of $139,420 for custodial <br />services <br /> <br />
