CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-417 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />FORMATION OF AN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT TO FUND <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION AND TRAINING <br />FACILITY (NORTH PLEASANTON FIRE PROTECTION <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-6) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 14, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for formation <br />of an assessment district to fund construction of a <br />fire station and training facility (North Pleasanton <br />Fire Protection Assessment District No. 1982-6); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 29, 1984 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />assessment district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed assessment <br />district for construction of a fire station and training <br />facility would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for formation of an <br />assessment district to fund construction of a fire <br />station and training facility (North Pleasanton Fire <br />Protection Assessment District No. 1982-6). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective irmmediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
