CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-417 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR FORMATION OF AN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT TO FUND CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION AND TRAINING FACILITY (NORTH PLEASANTON FIRE PROTECTION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-6) WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 14, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for formation of an assessment district to fund construction of a fire station and training facility (North Pleasanton Fire Protection Assessment District No. 1982-6); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 29, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed assessment district; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed assessment district for construction of a fire station and training facility would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for formation of an assessment district to fund construction of a fire station and training facility (North Pleasanton Fire Protection Assessment District No. 1982-6). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective irmmediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
