CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-416 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 59 ACRE SITE LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1,800 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHLAND OAKS DRIVE AND FOOTHILL ROAD TO THE PUD-OPEN SPACE DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 14, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 59 acre site located approximately 1,800 feet west of the intersection of Highland Oaks Drive and Foothill Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 109, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Open Space District; and WHEREAS , the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 1, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of an approximately 59 acre site located approximately 1,800 feet west of the intersection of Highland Oaks Drive and Foothill Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 109, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Open Space District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
