CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-415 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRE SITE ON <br />THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE MAVIS <br />DRIVE TO THE PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 14, 1984, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for prezoning an approximately eight (8) acre site <br />located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite <br />Mavis Drive, which land is involved in Annexation <br />No. 108, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)~Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 29, 1984 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning <br /> of an approximately eight (8) acre site located on the <br /> north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Mavis Drive, <br /> which land is involved in Annexation No. 108, to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
