referred to in this paragraph shall be in addition to the fee for <br />processing of installment accounts collected by County as provided in <br />Penal Code § 1205 (c). It is not the intention of the parties to <br />adjust the percentages contained in Penal Code § 1463 (c) by payment <br />of the collection fee to the County. <br /> <br />6. Legislative Changes. In <br />amended in substantive form, <br /> <br />§ 1463 is <br /> <br />renegotiate this agreement. A failure to come <br />constitutes a termination of this agreement at <br />party.
