THE CITY OF <br />pLEASANTON. <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />May 19, 2009 <br />Finance Department <br />TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 3 QUARTER FINANCIAL <br />STATUS REPORT AND AMENDING THE 2008 -09 OPERATING <br />BUDGET <br />SUMMARY <br />The third quarter FY 2008 -09 Financial Status Report is intended to update the City <br />Council on how actual year -to -date revenues and expenses compare with the budget <br />for the General Fund and certain selected other funds. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt a resolution accepting the 2008 -09 3 Quarter Financial Status Report and <br />amending the 2008 -09 Operating Budget. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The recommended adjustments to various funds and the financial impact to each fund is <br />outlined in Exhibit A. The discussion section of this report will also summarize the <br />adjustments being recommended. <br />13a <br />
