II. Supplementary Benefits: <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />For the period commencing September 26, 1988 and ending <br />September 25, 1989, the salary and supplementary benefits for the <br />City Attorney shall be as follows: <br />I. Salary: The salary for the year beginning September 26, <br />1988 shall be $70,000.00 annually. <br />A. Medical. Fully -paid premiums for either the City Blue <br />Cross Plan, Foundation Health Plan, or the Kaiser "S" <br />Plan with optical and prescription drug options. <br />B. Dental. Fully -paid premiums for dental insurance. <br />C. Life Insurance. Fully -paid premiums for life insurance <br />with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the <br />employee. <br />D. Long -Term Disability. Fully -paid premiums for long -term <br />disability insurance. <br />E. Holiday Leave. The holiday leave provision as <br />established for the City's management employees shall <br />apply. <br />F. Vacation. Fifteen (15) vacation days annually. <br />G. Sick Leave. The sick leave provisions, as established <br />for City management employees, shall apply, except that <br />there shall be credited immediately forty (40) hours of <br />sick leave. <br />H. Administrative Leave. Seven (7) days administrative <br />leave per fiscal year, to be reimbursed twice each year, <br />January and July, if not taken, as established for City <br />management employees. <br />I. Credit Union. Payroll deduction available to partici- <br />pate in City and County credit union. <br />J. Holidays. The same holidays as established for City <br />management employees. <br />K. Vehicle Usage. Unrestricted use of a vehicle furnished <br />by the City, provided the City Attorney shall have the <br />option of licensing said vehicle and shall pay for any <br />gasoline related to the personal use thereof. <br />L. Retirement System. State Public Employees Retirement <br />System (PERS). City will pay employee's share of PERS <br />costs (seven percent). <br />M. Deferred Compensation. Option to participate in de- <br />ferred compensation program. <br />
