This Report consists of five parts, as follows: <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />James Kelcourse <br />City Engineer <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1984 -1 PONDEROSA <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />James Kelcourse, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1984 -1, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City <br />Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and <br />Lighting Act of 1972). <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br />Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and irrigation system all as delineated on the <br />landscape and irrigation plans for Tract 5257 (Phase 111 Landscape Maintenance <br />District 1984 -1). <br />Said improvements are within the following areas: <br />a. North of Corte de Flores on the west side of Paseo Santa Cruz <br />approximately 160 feet long by 6 feet wide, and north of Corte Pacifica on <br />the east side of Paseo Santa Cruz approximately 1,370 feet long by 6 feet <br />wide. <br />PART A Plans and specifications for the improvements constructed in 1985. <br />PART B An estimate of the cost for maintenance of the existing improvements and <br />proposed improvements. <br />PART C An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited <br />parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br />PART D A statement describing the method by which the amount proposed to be <br />assessed against each parcel was determined. <br />PART F An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within <br />the assessment district. This diagram is keyed to Part C by assessment <br />diagram number. <br />2 <br />
