Respectfully submitted, <br />James Kelcourse <br />City Engineer <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 1993 -2, BONDE RANCH <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />James Kelcourse, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape District No. 1993 -2, <br />Bonde Ranch, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report, as directed by <br />the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and I lighways Code (Landscaping and <br />Lighting Act of 1972). <br />The improvements, which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br />The maintenance and repair of street lights, designated landscaped areas, open <br />space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage <br />ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas, <br />together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6483, City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br />PART A Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City <br />Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part <br />of this report and are included in it by reference. <br />PART B An estimate of the cost of the improvements. <br />PART C An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited <br />parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br />PART D A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the <br />amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br />PART E A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within the <br />assessment district. This diagram is keyed to Part C by assessment <br />diagram number. <br />2 <br />
